Below Decks
The Galley slaves are whipped into more action as the Klejona enters into the river, oars diving in and out, pushing the ship along at a hurried pace. The chanting issuing from below decks a rapid, rythmic noise accompanied by the crack of a whip. \"Prepare your men, Captain Halanshil.\" he says, his finger pointing to Aruna. \"You, come to me. You will accompany me personally as bodyguard.\" He calls, \"We go ashore after Halanshil\'s men.\"
Gulls fly over the boat, investigating it from their rocky perches along the banks of the Anduin. The slaves in the galley pull upon their oars harder as they struggle against the current but with the aid of the still billowing sails the ship makes rapid progress towards its target, the port city of Pelargir.
Your ship begins to make her way up the Anduin.

Aruna looks up from where she sits on a barrel, sharpening her weapons. \"Aye, Captain Ahmeer.\" She confirms with a salute before giving her blade one final sweep of the stone. Pocketing it, she wipes the remaining grit from her weapon and rises to her feet.
Halanshil turns then and nods at the Captain of the Klejona from across the ship before turning and shouting out, \"To me, red hand.\" He then turns and looks out towards the shore while his small strike force forms up behind him. The clanking of mail and weapons can be heard as these soldiers look on with anticipation. Halanshil then turns and speaks softly so that only those near can hear, \"The time has come that you have long trained for.\"
His head sweeping from Aruna, then to Targus, Ahmeer grins. \"Are you ready to spill blood of the godless infidels?\" he asks, \"Shield!\" he shouts out, a cabin boy scurries forward with the thing and Ahmeer takes it. \"It has been far too long since their blood has dirtied our blades.\" He raises his scimitar, \"We live by the Eye, and we Die by the Eye. Those of Gondor are infidels, their blood shall cover the docks, and their rivers shall run red. They shall know the true might of the Eye!\"
Your ship slides toward the military docks.

Findon lifts his shield as the bowmen on the ship fire their bows. Two thus is heard, and two arrows now adorns Findons shield. He takes one step forward, and swings at the stumach of a Corsair, whom falls to the ground... in nearly two pieces... An Findon looks for the next foe...
Rorgan limps more than a bit as he moves about behind his men, still shouting them on, \"PUSH THEM BACK TO THE WATER, LADS!\"
Ibn_Rajzi gasps as Azragath\'s longsword slips out from under his shield to bite deeply into the tribal\'s ribs, the length of cold sharp metal sliding back out as it grates against bone! The blow is stunning to the Haradrim who staggers to one side, holding up his blade to fend off another blow for a moment until he gets his breath.
With gritted white teeth in the sharp featured brown face, Ibn Rajzi hisses at his foe even as he moves back in, trying to get around the Gondorian\'s shield with his scimitar, aming for the other\'s shoulder but feiting instead to thrust for the groin, \"[UNINTELLIGIBLE SPEECH]\"
As the captain trudges forwards and bravely faces the vile Gondorian foes, the First Mate of the Corsair ship falls behind to hold the flank of those from Umbar. His scimitar slices deeply into any who draw near and his shield stands as if a wall to any weapon that wishes to assail his form.
Ibn_Rajzi attacks Azragath with his Scimitar and badly wounds him!
Halanshil puts on Studded Leather Shield.
Halanshil slips a Studded Leather Helmet on their head.
Targus hefts his spear above his head the ivory tip glinting milky white in the light of the stars as he shouts \"[Haradaic] May the Gondorian swine die with their undergarments tied around their heads and may their mothers bear rotten vegetables in their wombs!!!\"
Azragath is fooled by the feint of Ibn Rajzi\'s, and isn\'t quick enough to completely avoid the tribal\'s blade as it cuts deep into his right thigh. \"You can have my blood, you bloody wretch,\" he rasps at the Southron, swinging his longsword in reply at the man\'s shoulder, \"But not the jewels!\"
Azragath attacks Ibn_Rajzi with his Longsword and severely wounds him!
Aruna unsheathes his scimitar, the blade glowing slightly as he does so.
Azragath staggers backward even as his blade makes contact, nearly falling as his trousers stain dark with blood on one leg.
Sails, black as the moonless night are seen entering the harbor as yet another raider ship cuts through the calm of the water. Shouts of Harad men are screamed from the ship, the word \"Gondor\" the only one intelligable as it is thrown as a curse. The balista aboard the klejona let loose with a lound -twang- as they fire into any docked ships, followed by a hail of arrows as the Klejona slides forward, the inertia of the last oarstroak bringing her into a pier. Dark coloured Southron\'s stream from the ship, not corsairs, but soldiers, armed and armored in a manner not typical of sailors.
Aruna begins to grin as she crosses the deck to stand near Ahmeer. \"[Haradaic] Listen, it sounds as though the Gondorians already die like pigs.\"
Targus stays beside the Captain of the Klejona but his gaze trails to the battle already in progress upon the docks. He grins slightly \"If\'n yeh see dah prince tell me so\'s I can cut him good from his forelock to his gutless belly yeh know.\"
Findon strikes down another of the corsairs, and yet another one. Then, he find himself near the Prince and his knights. He looks for the nearest foe, and he sees the first mate, and so he leaps to the side, avoiding the wide slash of a Corsair and then he rush forward, his blade held high.... Nothing can be heard from the mans lips as he rush to face his enemy...
Findon attacks Vrael with his Longsword, but Vrael parries the attack with his Scimitar!
Sighting the new boat unloading her dark cargo, Rorgan begins to wave his sword in the direction of the disembarking soldiers, shouting, \"ON THE DOCKS! ANOTHER SHIP!\"
From the river there sails in a tall masted ship and on its masts the argent flag of Gondor flies. There on its deck there is the Lord Indilzar and his squire, and with him a company of sailors armed with daggers, bows bent with arrows of steal. Indilzar laughs, \"Now we shall teach these Southrons a lesson! Prepare the arrows while ram the raider and prepare to board.\"
Ahmeer The Captain begins his rush from the ship, \"[Haradaic] Of course!\" he shouts to Targus over the noise, \"[Haradaic] Off the ship, dogs!\" he yells at his Corsairs, \"[Haradaic] Take anything that is not bolted down, kill anything foreign!\"
Iorwerth brings himself up short, finishing off his recent battle with a quick swing towards the man\'s knees, effectively removing him from the battle, but alive.
Ibn_Rajzi is almost spun about as Azragath\'s longsword againt leaps out and hits him! This time the long blade goes into his of shoulder and almost snags up there, but the slips free as the Norther staggers back. In the melee, the tribal almost falls to the ground but somehow manages to keep his unsteady bare footing upon the dock. All around them the battle surges as another black Corsair ship arrives from the south, heading in fast for the docks.
Blood now slicks Ibn\'s painted leather breast plate and his breaths are gasps for air. It takes effort for the Narakshi to continue pressing, sorely injured now. It begins to look like he might retreat if he can but works to cover his tracks and not reamin ungarded. The scimitar moves more defensively in several passes, then darts high, again striking for Azragath\'s face just before the tribesman tries to fall back!
Aruna Raises her scimitar over her head and lets out a wild yell as she follows Ahmeer to the docks.
As the Klejona comes parrallel to the pear, Halanshil leaps from the ship. As his legs hit the dock he tumbles for a moment and scurries to re-gain his balance while the rest of his small strike force follow him over the side. They form around their Captain while he himself slams his scimitar into his shield and lets out a great yell, that is taken up by the men around him, \"RED HAND!\" Halanshil stops for a moment and looks to the battle before him and then he yells out once more, \"FOLLOW ME!\" With that said he turns and charges towards the hottest part of the battle, his small strike force following behind him, while more and more Corsairs arrive from the Klejona.
Ibn_Rajzi attacks Azragath with his Scimitar, but he misses by an arm\'s length.
Targus leaps over the railings, landing on the balls of his feet upon the stained wood of the docks. His spear tip held low in his hands as he glances back at the Klejona and shouts \"Yeh commin Kepen or shall dis one fight deh battle for yeh?\"
Indilzar laughs as his ship comes closer and closer to the corsairs, \"They shall be no match for the Alcarondas. Prepare to open fire.\"
Two of the Silver Guard rush forward to finish off Ibn Rajzi, but Azragath snarls at them, \"This one\'s mine. See to the Tailor.\" At that moment the Southron slashes out at him, but Azragath crouches to avoid the blade that whistles just past his helm. The effort on his wounded leg is too much, however, and he drops to one knee, thrusting his sword straight at Ibn\'s own crotch in effort to take advantage of his lower vantage point.
The familiar clash of metal upon metal that rings out into the air comes once more as the long blade of the Gondorian, Findon, strikes hard upon the Corsair Vrael\'s own blade, forcing him a step back to gather himself for a retaliatory action. And soon it comes, the scimitar is raised high and the shield is pressed forward to defend as the blade comes swiftly down in an arc for the shoulder of the man before him.
Azragath attacks Ibn_Rajzi with his Longsword and severely wounds him!
Azragath yells in his ruined voice at his foe, \"Let\'s talk jewels now, you fish-gutted son of a squid!\" With obvious pain and effort he rocks backward and tries to return to his feet from where he kneels.
As the Alcarondas nears the ship, Gabbard stands close to a group of sailors.
\"FIRE!\" cries Indilzar as he throws down his hand.
He laughs watching a volley of arrows fly onto the Torath.
Rorgan still paces, if you could call his limping attempts at stepping a pace, behind the small group of Silver Guardsmen Azragath shouts commands at. His shield seems to have sprouted two arrows and some of his clothing is scorched, but thus far, the Silver Guard have done their duty well in protecting this man who still shouts for more men to be brought toward the soldiers who have poured from the second Corsair ship.
Indilzar rubs his hands together, \"Yes.... yes... yes...\" Then he looks and sees the Klejona, \"Another ship! Turn full to port! We shall board that one!\"
As the Lord yells the command, all the archers on deck begin to launch a rain of arrows down upon the ship. Gabbard then quickly tells the archers in his squad to quickly renock their bows.
Findon quickly leaps aside and therefor the scimitar cuts through air instead of his shoulder... \"I should not teach you, but learn how to use that blade of yours....\" he says between clenchted teeth, and soon afterwards he move his shield slightly to protect his left side, and then he lash out at Vraels knees...
Findon attacks Vrael with his Longsword, but he misses by a handspan.
The crows nest catches sight of the new ship, a call coming out and the oars pushing the agile raidership away from the pier. Commands in Haradaic are given by it\'s captain, who remained aboard long enough. The hearty galley slaves being driven even further to get the Klejona away from the trap as it\'s twin ballista are rotated in a hurry towards the gondorian ship.
With a scream, the Narakshi goes down when he\'s hit in the groin with Azragath\'s already bloodied sword. The tribal doubles over and drops his blade, reaching for his crotch and falling over onto his own knees. Shock is a strong enemy, her grip cold and unsettling. It show\'s in the tribesman\'s dark eyes and for a moment he seems hard pressed just to gain breath.
Blood wells up to soil Ibn Rajzi\'s clothing and leather both at side and left shoulder. The man slumps, in great pain and either loosing conscienous or dying where he falls.
All around them the battle continues and fallen men are being dragged away or trampled upon the docks. Arrows continue to fall as well as missles of flaming pitch, blasting at the near ships as the Torath yet remains untaken.
Iorwerth turns as the new ship arrives and lifts his shield against any stray arrows headed his way. Surveying the area, he finds a place on the docks where he can stand with fewer men coming at him. Staking his place on the docks, he finds himself in another battle with a Gondorian soldier. He twists as a strike comes in nearly catching his shoulder.
Of the first stand of the Silver Guard, those that met the Southrons head-on, only 2 of the 9 still stand. The bodies of their fallen comrades, some bloodied, others burned, lay strewn about the docks where they fell. Yet the Haradrim have felt the price of their assault, and half a dozen lay dead or dying from the clash with the guardsmen.
Indilzar turns to Gabbard and says, \"Let the next volley go forth, light them with arrows then we shall attempt to board.\"
Seeing Vrael and Findon fighting, Maernus begins fighting his way towards them. He stabs one corsair and watches the second ship pull into the dock and then pull away...
As her Captain remains on board to guide the Klejona to safety, Aruna moves back to his side, shield raised as cover for them both.
As the Lord gives the order, Gabbard then commands the entire group of archers to lauch another rain this time at the other ship. As the fly more seem to follow as Gabbard has quickly commanded the archers to have their arrows ready as soon as they let them fly.
The wretched Gondorian weapon of Findon manages to cut naught but the thin cloud of smoke that looms now over the docks as fire continues to rage, casting a faint red tint upon the Corsair\'s scimitar as he prepars to counter, having stepped deftly backwards. The worn blade swings low this time, then in a fluid change of motion, comes to slice at the midsection of its foe.
Ibn_Rajzi +gives 5 Silver Pennies to Azragath.
Aearwen stands well behind the fighting with Baeden, watching the swing of a longsword fend off a scimitar attack, her eyes smiling with wicked delight as she sees an enemies blood spill on the dock.
Vrael attacks Findon with his Scimitar, but he misses by a handspan.
Rorgan still limps about shouting orders, waving his sword, and looking generally perturbed with the whole affair of clashing men upon the docks as he finally begins to limp forward toward the commander of his bodyguard.
The Alcarondas, now bottling the Klejona throws down its gangplanks. Indilzar then draws his sword and yells grasping a rope, \"Now Gabbard! Onto the ship!\"
Daerceleb eyes one of the gondorian scum and advances.
Azragath manages to regain his feet as Ibn collapses to the dock, and he spits on the dying man. \"To the deep with you, fish bait.\" He raises his bloodied sword and calls out to the Silver Guardsmen around them, \"To the deep with them all, lads!\" He leans over and yanks a leather pouch off Ibn Rajzi\'s belt, and tosses it back to Rorgan.
Azragath +gives 5 Silver Pennies to Rorgan.
Indilzar reaches over his right shoulder, dipping the same and half draws, half swings his long blade around to grasp it in front of himself two-handed.
As the planks is lower, Gabbard grasps his hammer and commands his squad to board the the ship. As he moves swiftly in front of them.
As the Alcarondas closes with the Klejona, the two medium sized ballista fire their final shot into the hull of the closingg Gondorian ship, followed by a stream of arrows from traditional bows. The corsairs aboard give out a battlescream and move towards the gangplank to repulse the boarding Gondorians.
As the flaming arrows streak towards the Klejona, a cry goes up and the response is swift. \"Water! Buckets!! Get \'em ready and on deck NOW!\" Corsairs begin dashing about, putting out the arrows that manage to reach their target while others watch over their mates, wetting down shields as well.
Indilzar screams as he and his men board the Klejona, blades bared, fire in their eyes.
Rorgan reaches out with his shield hand and catches the purse, dumping it down his shirt as he moves to Azragath\'s side yelling out to the man over the din of the fighting, \"You ... right? ... ... now?\"
The Gondorian seaman surge onto the Klejona and they cry as one, \"Gondor!\" Among them the tall Indilzar cries a different cry, \"Vengeance! Death to the corsairs!\"
Findon hops back, and the tip of the scimitar merely tuch his armor, if it even get this close. He grins at the Corshair, but the grin is not one of happiness, but it is a grim half smile half grin that play on Findons lips as he thrust his blade at the face of his oponent...
Findon attacks Vrael with his Longsword, but he misses by a handspan.
As he moves on board, quickly followed by the group of sailors, Gabbard yells,\"Amroth for Gondor!\"
The sun sinks in the sky and falls below the horizon. Nighttime takes over.
Azragath leans forward again, tearing off a long scrap of Ibn\'s tunic. As his men close around him to defend oncomers, he half-turns to Rorgan, tying the scrap around his leg to staunch the bleeding. \"Lets burn those bloody ships and let them swim home!\"
Ibn_Rajzi groans where he lays as rough Gondorian hands have now left him to lay upon the docks in his own blood. The slim tribesman lays upon his own bloodied scimitar, it being pinned and concealed beneath him. Very feably, the man tries to lift his head and see what is going on but there are other men dying or dead laying around him, blocking much of the Narakshi\'s view.
Ahmeer remains upon the raised section of deck in the aft, \"Bye the Eye! Repulse the Gondor men!\" he shouts out, grasping his shield and his Scimitar, Preparing to attack any who approach him from his raised position.
Leaving the corsair he has stabed and turns towards Findon and Vrael, \"For Amroth! For Gondor!\" He cries as he raises his sword and slashes towards Vrael\'s side..
Rorgan nods to his friend, the making of a grin starting to play across his face as he calls out for torches to be lit and brought forward. The few remaining Silver Guardsmen comply almost instantly, grabbing at bits of burning dock-trash and rushing forward to accompany the Guildmaster of tailors as he lights his lantern and begins moving toward one of the Corsair ships.
Though the sun has set, the multiple fires started by the Southrons light up the sky and choke it with acrid smoke. Yells and clashes of weapon and armor ring through the night and echo off the waters, waters that run red from the firelight and the blood that seeps from the docks.
Indilzar whips his sword in a fury about his head he espies the Captain, \"Gabbard, take the bow, I shall attack their leader! Battanuazor!\" He then leaps full on the deck as his men press on and he eyes the man who is plainly the captain.
\"Come to me Corsair! Your doom has come! Indilzar Bragollach is here!\" he cries in a voice of power and hatred.
In front of you stans a man of great stature. he is about 6\'5 to 6\'6, with wide shoulders, the width narrows as it goes down his torso to his waist. He is muscled all over, as you can see from the many bulges through his clothes. His face is rough, with a thick dark brown bear that matches his hair, which is long and has many braids in it that are all brought together into a ponytail.
He is wearing a blue tunic with white fringe, that is embroidered with the Silver Swan and Crimson Flame behind it. He has a white belt, with a gold buckle with the same insignia as on his tunic. You can see sleeves of white from under the tunic, apparently a fine shirt underneath. From the clothing he is wearing you can tell he is a squire, and from the insignias you can tell he is a squire to one of the House of Bragollach.
This man seems so burly, but yet peaceful in a way...as if he is not an enemy to many men. Yet he seems as if he could be a threat, or an allie. It would be best not to test him to find out.
Findon lights his lantern.
Azragath lights his lantern.
As he comes across the plank, Gabbard swing his hammer and hits a few of the disgusting Corsairs. Then as he continues forward he sees a female with a sword in hand, and decides to go her way.
With only inches to spare and the longsword only barely missing the opportunity to thrust itself into the flesh of the Corsair\'s neck, Vrael sidesteps the motion and avoids instand death. As he raises his blade once more for an attack, another comes crashing down onto his leather armour and bites deep into his side! A cry of pain is let out into the air but is drowned out by the din of battle, \"Gondorian scum!\" he yells in a thickly accented voice, \"You shall die before the light has gone!\" And at that the scimitar is swung heavily towards the head of Maernus.
Gabbard lights his lantern.
A great cry goes up among the Gondorians, and everywhere men pick up bits of burning trash, torches, and firebrands. \"Light up the night with the bloody squid baid, lads!\" Azragath\'s hoarse yell invokes a mighty reply of \"Aye!\" from the Silver Guard.
Aruna makes her way towards the invaders, eyes scanning them. Seeing a large man break off and head towards her, she rushes to meet him, swinging low with her scimitar, a low growl coming from her throat.
You attack Gabbard with your Scimitar...
Your attack against Gabbard moderately wounds him!
Ahmeer, shield strapped to his arm leaps upon the deack, passing the Corsairs fighting the Gondorian sailers as they make their attempt to free the ship from the Gondorian one to stave off reinforcements. \"[Haradaic] By the eye you shall perish, by the Eye!\", his arm bringing his Scimitar down in a chop towards Indilzar.
Indilzar lights his lantern.
Rorgan roars a command and throws his lantern toward The Torath, men surrounding him following suit with every flaming brand, torch, or lantern they have managed to lay their hands upon.
\"In the name of the prince, it is you that shall die!\" Findon says loudly. As Vraels scimitar hits Maernus he says \"You have attacked my cousin and for that i shall shed your blood, bastard!\" And with that Findon lash out widely, at the legs of the corshairs First Mate...
Rorgan douses his lantern.
Findon attacks Vrael with his Longsword, but he misses by a mile.
Daerceleb seeing the very wounded Ibn_Rajzi close to death, he grabs his comrades legs and begins to drag him back to his ship. Dodging any battles he can on the thickly crowded docks.
The heavens fill with shooting stars... no, hurling firebrands... that rain down on the decks of the Torath. Azragath finds one of his own and flings it deckward as well. \"To the deep with you!\"
Ibn_Rajzi again moves, laying mostly prone on his side and bleeding seriously from his three wounds. The tribal begins to try to drag himself over a man that has fallen near to him but someone stumbles past and nearly falls over him, forcing a grunt of pain from the near dead Narakshi. His teal colored Seaward Tower sash is now mostly stained dark by his own blood, sopping wet as it lays on the ground around his knees.
The corsair\'s blade cutting through his helmet and cutting the tip of his ear off, some blood can be seen on Maernus\'s head. \"You shall pay for cutting me, you bloody haradrim!\" He swings back his sword down towards Vrael\'s own head.
Maernus attacks Vrael with his Longsword and lightly wounds him!
Ahmeer attacks Indilzar with his Scimitar, but he misses by a handspan.
Taking a step back, the Lord Bragollach deftly avoids the stroke of Ahmeer, then he says, \"Heathen! You dare to name the Eye to me! Fool!\" He then whirls his sword overhead in a swift arc at Ahmeer!
Indilzar attacks Ahmeer with his Greatsword and severely wounds him!
As the Gondorian forces board the ship, they move towards the the bow of the ship.
Iorwerth catches the movement of Rorgan and his men towards the Torath, flames in hand. He charges to intercept them on their path, raising his blade and crying out, \"Flames shall burn your hearts and souls when death has finished its corruption of your body! To death, I shall send you and return to your gracious lives you shall not!\" As he stops in front of Rorgan, he swings his blade with force in an arc sweeping to the side towards Rorgan\'s middle.
The First Mate manages to dodge the fell blade of Findon, but only to put him into the path of the other, and where it slices a thin trail of blood now drips from the side of his head, \"I plan to do more than cut you, may your inards be the food for the carrion that will come to feast upon them!\" As that is said, he seemingly ignores Findon for the moment and focuses all attention upon the other who injured him, the scimitar aiming low and for the legs.
Gabbard taking the blow across his waist lets out a fierce cry. As the blade slices through a thin area of his armor. As the blade goes across, he swings the hammer up in the air, then back down. Aiming for the chest at a downward angle.
Vrael attacks Maernus with his Scimitar and moderately wounds him!
Gabbard attacks you with his Maul Hammer!...
...and he hits! Ouch!
The downward chop of Indilzar digs deep and hard into Ahmeer, the metal armor tearing where the blade hits, drawing a healthy amount of blood as he staggers back, a cautious attack is swung in return as the corsair bids his time, \"Seperate us! Hurry!\" he barks out across the deck, \"And get this diseased whoremonger off of me!\" he nearly screams.
Ahmeer attacks Indilzar with his Scimitar, but he misses by a mile.
As Gabbard brings down his hammer, Aruna tries to turn and bring up her shield, but she is too slow, and the heavy weapon smashes down on her shoulder. No cry escapes her lips, but her teeth clench and she pales visibly.
Continuing with her turn, she swings her scimitar low again.
Indilzar now Indilzar parries that attack of the Captain and with his mates about him he lifts up his sword at Ahmeer, \"I take this ship in the name of Gondor! See you in the pits of Udun corsair!\" He then lets fly his blade in a bright bloody arc that takes up the wan light as if bathed in blood.
Aearwen paces back and forth, watching the battle, cheering her beloved men of Gondor on, as her hands go up in glee as a corsair is sliced into by a greatsword, or smashed by a maul hammer. Her eyes glittering with delight in the eerie glow of the torchlight.
Iorwerth attacks Rorgan with his Scimitar and moderately wounds him!
You attack Gabbard with your Scimitar...
Gabbard dodges your attack.
Ahmeer collapses to the ground, defeated by Indilzar!
Ahmeer\'s shield \"Banded Shield\" falls to the ground...
Ahmeer\'s weapon \"Scimitar\" falls to the ground...
Daerceleb roars loudly and charges head first at Indilzar\'s back.
Maernus drops his shield down to block the under cut of Vrael...but he drops it too low and his blade cuts into his arm. A slight trickle of blood can be seen coming from his arm, \"You\'ll have to do better than that you scum.\" He stabs his sword straight for Vrael\'s chest.
Findon takes a step back as the First Mate concentrates on his fellow man at arms, and he starts to circle around him with the obvious meaning to strike at Vrael from behind... a simple sailor suddenly come in Findons way and he finds his sword burried in the chest of the sailor, but he finds himself too parted to attack Vrael as he kicks the dying body of his sword of vengeance....
Iowerth\'s scimitar snakes its way under Rorgan\'s shield and connects with the man\'s midsection even as Rorgan\'s own sword streaks out toward the man\'s neck, now accompanied by a rather loud, \"Ooomph!\" sound ejected from Rorgan\'s mouth.
Rorgan attacks Iorwerth with his Longsword and lightly wounds him!
Gabbard moves from the womans extremely slow attack. As he moves out of the way, he brings yet another blow downwards to the back of the woman. As he does, he pulls back on the bottom and pushes up on the top, to add more power to the blow.
Maernus attacks Vrael with his Longsword, but he misses by a mile.
Gabbard attacks you with his Maul Hammer!...
...and he hits! Ouch!
Azragath turns aside from the torches thrown toward the Southron ships, espying Rorgan in battle with Iorwerth. \"Guardsmen! To the Tailor!\" Limping terribly, he hobbles as fast as he can toward the Southron recently bloodied by Rorgan\'s blade.
Indilzar now swiftly turns on the deck and heads over to his squire, \"The helm is secure!\" Let us force the remaining forces overboard and we shall ram this ship into the Raider.
The powerfull greatsword cuts through the best attempts at defense raised by Ahmeer, the Captain collapses in a bloody pile aboard the deck of the klejona, lost in the midst of dueling sailors. Weapon and shield at his side.
As the gondorians continue to raid the ship, they make their way to the bow. Cutting their way through the terrible Corsairs.
The Narakshi tribal finally manages to get over the body he was trying to crawl over. Ibn Rajzi looks around but freezes if a foe comes his way or looks to him, hoping to pass for either dead or too wounded to bother with. Indeed, very weak and possibly mortally wounded, the tribal hasn\'t much chance to reach the burning Torath, but he keeps trying... slowly, dragging himself.
Indilzar lifts his sword over his head and he cries in a terrible glea, \"VENGEANCE! Death to Umbar! Death! Death! Death!\"
\"Aye, Lord,\" says Gabbard as he continues to fight the woman.
Iorwerth\'s previous strike leaves him somewhat shaken as it contacts, finding himself amidst several men. Off guard, he fails to notice the strike from Rorgan at the same time. As he withdraws his weapon to move into a defensive stance, he slips on blood soaking the docks sliding his neck free, but bringing his shoulder upwards to catch the blade against his shoulder. With a loud oomph of his own as the blade contacts, searing leather armor, but only managing to draw blood in a thin line, his enemies sword finds flesh. Howling once more, he lifts his weapon and shield, bringing his scimitar in another arc, this time twisting and coming upwards rather than aside.
Iorwerth attacks Rorgan with his Scimitar, but he misses by an arm\'s length.
Distracted by the sight of her Captain falling to the Gondorian leader, is again slow to block Gabbard\'s blow, which glances off her shield into her injured arm. Lips pulled back from her teeth, Aruna lets out a throaty laugh. \"You may be big but you hit like a girl.\"
You attack Gabbard with your Scimitar...
Gabbard dodges your attack.
Oblivious to the actions of Findon that will certainly prove most ill for the First Mate, Vrael continues his assault upon Maernus, his shield glancing the longsword to the side as it thrusts towards his chest, \"I will show you better maggot!\" Using this opportunity to respond, Vrael lets loose his blade upon the weapon arm or the man, hoping to take him out of the frey.
Vrael attacks Maernus with his Scimitar, but he misses by a mile.
But lo! The hour of the glory of Indilzar is dimmed and his bright hour now wanes for even as he fights and disposes of the Captain now the below decks open and out come many corsairs bearing poisoned blades. They immediately force a wedge into the Gondorians and they are hard pressed.
Azragath seizes his opportunity as Iorwerth\'s blade misses Rorgan, and he thrusts forward with his blade, fully intended to skewer the man\'s side with his longsword.
Rorgan begins to grin grimly, motioning to the commander of his bodyguard to keep his distance, for now. He whips his sword through the air in a wide loop, ending in an upward thrust to the Corsair\'s midsection.
Azragath attacks Iorwerth with his Longsword and moderately wounds him!
Rorgan attacks Iorwerth with his Longsword and mildly wounds him!
Chuckling at the woman that swings at him he yells,\"Maybe, but I shall bring you to your knees before the Fleet Captain of Gondor!!\" then moves slightly avioding the blow. He then unleashes his own blow down towards the throat of the woman. This time aiming towards the soft tissue that covers it.
As the word VENGEANCE is heard from the ship, Findon gets caught up by the cry and he cries out his answer \"VENGEANCE!!! DEATH TO THE CORSHAIRS!!!\" in that he lift his sword and leap forward, striking at the back head of this fast Harad....
Gabbard attacks you with his Maul Hammer!... ...and he misses!
Findon attacks Vrael with his Longsword and badly wounds him!
Maernus swings his right arm around knock Vrael\'s scimitar with his Shield. \"Nay, I\'ll show you your death!\" He swings his sword up, at the neck of the corsair man trying to disable him.
Maernus attacks Vrael with his Longsword, but Vrael parries the attack with his Scimitar!
Now Indilzar, now longer thinking of vengeance or death becomes swamped with the foeman and soon finds himself by the gangplank. He calls to his squire and all those brethren of the coast who have joined them in their folly, \"Retreat! Back to the ship! Now!\" With that Indilzar is driven back toward the Alcarondas fighting foot by foot.
\"GABBARD! Now! We must disengage!\" cries Indilzar, his breathing hard as a brief path is cloven for his squire.
Iorwerth cries out with pain as the blade comes out of nowhere, pounding across his leather armor protecting his side. Turning furiously, he missing the blade of his primary opponent as well, though in his panic, it glances off his waist, more of the flat side of the blade striking then the edge. Confusion evident in his eyes, he brings his scimitar in full circle, attempting to sweep Azragath\'s legs out from under him, if not cut them out.
This time, Aruna is quick enough to dodge the blow, Gabbard\'s hammer whistling past her head. Laughing mirthlessly again, Aruna snaps back, \"The man that forces me to my knees will not remain a man for long.\" Then she raises her shield and thrusts under in a stabbing blow.
Iorwerth attacks Azragath with his Scimitar and badly wounds him!
You attack Gabbard with your Scimitar...
Your attack against Gabbard badly wounds him!
As Daerceleb appears out of seemingly no where and hesitates to bend down and grab Ibn Rajzi\'s legs as though to drag the man. The Narakshi tribal twists about and shouts at the other Haradrim, a man he does not know. \"[Haradaic] What are you doing?! I\'m not ... I\'m not dead yet, you fool.\" The voice is rough and breathless, weak and put forth only with effort, \"[Haradaic] Help me stand... get ... get to the ship.\"
Rorgan\'s eyes light up as his blade connects with the Corsair yet again and he sees the Corsair turned toward his bodyguard to attack, distracted from the Guildmaster\'s own blade as Rorgan side-steps to get an angle on the man\'s back and strikes hard toward the base of the Corsair\'s neck.
Rorgan furiously attacks Iorwerth with his Longsword and lightly wounds him!
A wide slash is rent into the cloak that the First Mate dons and through it spews a crimson blood, trailing down his back to the docks below. Despite this pain and distraction, Vrael still holds strong and blocks the blade of Maernus with his own, \"Dreadful cowards!\" he turns to face Findon and speaks out once more, \"Are you all so vile that attacking from behind is seen as valiant? I will kill you all!!\" The scimitar now flashes with life and strikes down towards Findon\'s chest.
Vrael attacks Findon with his Scimitar, but he misses by a handspan.
As he hears his Lords voice, he moves quickly backwards, still fighting the woman as he moves.
As the blow from the woman hits him slightly in the stomach he is forced to move back extremely quickly to the Gondorian boat. But before he turns he brings his hammer high enough to swing at the woman. Swinging as he turns.
Gabbard attacks you with his Maul Hammer!...
...and he hits! Ouch!
The planks where Iorwerth slipped are treacherous footing indeed, and Azragath\'s boots scramble for a footing. His wounded leg give him cause for no sure balance, and Azragath\'s slips saves his leg from another wound as Iowerth\'s scimitar catches him on the side instead, digging into the leather armor and only grazing the flesh beneath. He whirls his own blade in an outward arc with a furious yell, intending to bring it in furiously upon the Haradrim\'s ribs once more.
Daerceleb hesitates to haul the man to his feet, by does so anyways. He helps to support Ibn Rajzi\'s weight and prepare to make for the ship.
Azragath attacks Iorwerth with his Longsword, but he misses by a hair.
Seeing Vrael stab towards Findon he says. He violently stabs towards the back of Vrael hoping to knock him out of the fight, \"I shall slay you this day!\"
Aearwen winces as she watches some Gondorian blood spill, turning to Baeden, she barks out, \"Go to the horses and bring the two medical bags. Leave two guards here with me...HURRY!\" Her eyes cutting back to the battle scene, watching intently.
The Alcarondas now comes broadside to broadside with the Klejona but so near the docks they are that a gangplank is thrown down on the starboard side allowing the men aboard to come onto the docks.
Gabbard\'s parting blow is again taken only partly by Aruna\'s shield. As the hammer once again beats upon her injured should, splinters fly and draw blood from her cheek. Unable to hold the shield, Aruna frees herself of its weight and continues in pursuit of her opponent.
Aruna grasps her scimitar in both hands, swinging towards the retreating Gondorian.
Removed: Wooden Shield
Ibn_Rajzi leans heavily against Daerceleb as that man hauls him up. Blood covers the tribal Corsair and as the nearly spent man slumps against the other, it soils Daerceleb\'s clothing as well. Ibn\'s belt sash hangs wet with the man\'s blood but the scimitar is lost, left somewhere behind with the dead. Slowly, the tribesman tries to walk for the Torath, steps stumbling, \"[Haradaic] Go... Torath. Might make ... it.\"attack/9 gabbard
You attack Gabbard with your Scimitar...
Your attack against Gabbard badly wounds him!
As his blade finds a target and meets it, Iorwerth is struck from behind, but the twist as he withdraws his weapon once more prevents the injury from incapacitating him as it meets his helmet, deflecting the majority of the strike, but shaking his head vigorously as it collides and sends him off awkwardly. Shaking his head wildly, he calls out in frustration and swings his sword wildly with all his strength at the cloest target which happens to be Rorgan.
Iorwerth attacks Rorgan with his Scimitar, but he misses by a handspan.
Maernus sees Vrael stab towards Findon. He violently stabs towards the back of Vrael hoping to knock him out of the fight, \"I shall slay you and burn your ship you foul Haradrim beast!\"
Maernus attacks Vrael with his Longsword, but he misses by a mile.
Findon backs a step as the scimitar slash through the air... \"Cousin, let us slay this dog of Umbar\" He says to Maernus \"Let us do so\" He says and now he thrust his longsword at the corshairs throat...
Findon attacks Vrael with his Longsword and severely wounds him!
As the blow slashes across the back of Gabbard, he lets out a terrible cry,\"DEATH TO THE CORSAIRS!\" then turns back around, and as he does bring the hammer as well. Letting it spin around in front of him.
Indilzar cries, \"GABBARD! Get out now. NOW!\" He then leaps down onto the docks and starts running up toward the main battle with sailors and marines about him, some with daggers, others with swords, a few with clubs, and several with black bows and steel arrows.
Gabbard attacks you with his Maul Hammer!...
...and he misses!
Caring not for the other mans blood having stained is otherwise clean tunic Daerceleb walks as fast as he can with the other mans weight on him. HEading for the Torath he tries to avoid any others who are engaged in combat praying that they\'ll make it.
Rorgan seems to also be having trouble with his footing on the docks now wet with blood, and as his weak leg gives way under the strain, the Corsair\'s scimitar whistles over his head. Down on one knee now, Rorgan\'s own blade strikes out again, this time for the Corsair\'s thigh as he now joins in the cries, \"Vengeance! DEATH to the Corsairs!\"
As the sailors flee, Gabbard turns to do so as well, he starts to make his way to the edge of the boat to jump, and as he nears it, he begins to jump...
Rorgan attacks Iorwerth with his Longsword and moderately wounds him!
Shieldless, Aruna moves quickly, again sucessfully dodging the heavy swing. \"Your Master is calling. Are you going to heel, Gondorian dog?\" She screams as he tries to go over the side of the boat, swinging wildly.
You attack Gabbard with your Scimitar...
Your attack against Gabbard badly wounds him!
Indilzar with his men head right for the Torath hoping to cleave a path between the corsairs further in and those yet on the ships. Now upon the ships on the docks many sailors fire arrows at the Torath and Klejona in the hopes to repel them.
But Indilzar is keen for battle, his bright grey eyes shuddering like the sea he strides forward with his deadly blade.
As the sword swings, it slashes Gabbard in the back again. He turns swinging once again, This time towards the head of the woman. After the hammer makes the swing around in at complete turn Gabbard then jumps off the boat towards the docks.
Gabbard attacks you with his Maul Hammer!...
...and he hits! Ouch!
Azragath sees Rorgan drop to one knee, and he cries out, \"Tailor!\" He jumps forward, shield up and sword point forward, intending to slam into Iorwerth and topple the man if not run him through. But the slick footing proves too much for him as well, and he careens out of control toward the Haradrim, sword and shield flailing at his foe.
Azragath attacks Iorwerth with his Longsword and mildly wounds him!
Due to some wonderous skill, or perhaps just simple luck, the blade of Maernus grazes the shoulder of the Corsair, causing no harm. Findon\'s blade however deals a horrid blow to the man\'s chest as he attempts to dodge the attack, another line of blood flowing from his body like the others, \"Ack, dogs! You are all dogs! I will live yet to see you both driven before me or one of my brethren!\" In one last attempt to main of kill the foul men of Gondor, the First Mate slashes his scimitar at the neck of Maernus.
Ahmeer glances at you.
Vrael furiously attacks Maernus with his Scimitar and lightly wounds him!
Thrown off-balance by her wild swing, Aruna is unable to avoid the blow, which she takes across the back of her head and neck. Staggered, she nearly falls, but plants the point of her scimitar in the deck to keep from dropping. \"Not yet on my knees, you dog!\" She hisses, though her foe is over the side and beyond her reach.
Ibn_Rajzi coughs, the wound in his shoulder or his ribs perhaps causing him some difficulty internally. The tribesman stumbles and his sudden weight stops their forward progress. The man\'s blood makes Daerceleb\'s grip hard to keep on the Narakshi.
Indilzar and his friends now come between the ships and the corsairs and he charges at them. Espying Daerceleb and the corpse-like thing he carries he screams, \"They take our dead friends to sacrifice to Mordor! Death to the headhunters! DEATH to the savages!\" He then with a blood curdling cry hurls himself like a fury at Daerceleb with few words that can describe his rage.
Aearwen watches Rorgan and Iorwerth, her eyes troubled as Rorgan drops to one knee to fight the corsair. Smiling wickedly as Azragath goes to Rorgan\'a aid and attacks with his Longsword. Frustrated as Baeden puts an hand to her arm to stop her from going forward.
Iorwerth tries to jump out of the way, but as with his opponents, the blood-slicked docks prove more deadly than the blades attacking him. He raises his shield to block Azragath\'s attack, having taken another strike from Rorgan, his armor begins to afford less protection. Unfortunately, the slide of his enemy sets him off and he is bowled over, blood helping as his feet slide out from under him and he hits the ground, head slamming backwards against the wood. Though the blade didn\'t contact, he lays still a little bit trying to catch his breath.
A scimitar blade coming swinging around, catching Maernus off guard his left arm has just enough time to be caught by the blade. A small cut with a light trickle of blood can be seen coming from his left arm, \"I shall drive your plauge from Gondor forever!\" He raises his sword and violently swings straight down trying to cleave Vrael\'s head open.
Maernus attacks Vrael with his Longsword and badly wounds him!
Rorgan uses his own blade to rise to his feet and takes a limping half-step to the prone Corsair, lowering the point of his blade to the man\'s neck, \"Surrender or die, scum.\"
Azragath sprawls on the docks next to Iorwerth as he collides with the man, his longsword skittering a few feet away from him. Wounded leg slowing him, he scrambles away from the Haradrim and reaches for his sword, now out of harm\'s way.
Findon seeing the blade of his enemy bashing at Maernus armor, then he sees his chance, and swings his sword in a wide arc, aiming at the corshairs neck... \"VENGEANCE!!!\" he cries...
Findon attacks Vrael with his Longsword, but he misses by a handspan.
Daerceleb forced to drop his fellow haradrim and face Indilzar Daerceleb sidesteps Indilzar\'s charge the best he can, only being grazed if it all.
Iorwerth catches his breath and lays on the ground, his scimitar is released from his grip as he looks upwards at the blade of his foe. He spits towards Rorgan to the side, but the little strength left in him, makes for a weak attempt. Scowling, he grunts, \"Bah. Kill me if you will. It would be better to die than to disgrace my city with the failure to defeat a single Gondorian and his aid.\"
Ibn_Rajzi groans as he is dropped, falling almost face first to the dock. Not far from his face burns a bit of flaming pitch, the tar bubbling with the heat. Not quite aware of what is going on, the brown skinned tribal soaked in blood, tries to regain his feet, moving very awkwardly.
Iorwerth sheaths his scimitar, returning it to its worn leather sheath.
Shaking her head to clear it, and oblivious of the blood tricking from under her headwraps, Aruna tightens her grip on her weapon and follows Gabbard over the side of the ship.
Indilzar spins on his heels and cries to the corsair, \"Begun foul one! Indilzar the Bragollach is before you, and lest you seek death you shall take this to your masters.\" Indilzar reaches into a pouch on his side and throws a coper at Daerceleb, \"Give this to them as tribute and let them know that your city will be burned to the ground and your people shall be driven from the Lands of Gondor forever after.\" He then looks to the form of Ibn and points his blade at the man helping him, \"Leave him.\"
Azragath climbs back to his feet, the bloody rag tied about his leg soaked to a dark brown. He hobbles to where Rorgan stands, holding Iowerth at bay, and spits on the Haradrim. \"Fail you have, squid bait.\" Nodding to Rorgan, he rasps. \"Do it.\"
A faint crack is heard as Maernus\' blade comes down hard upon the Corsair\'s shoulder in a erroneous dodge attempt, dripping blood soon follows. Seeing that he has no chance for a victory against two well trained opponents, the First Mate begins to dart back to the ship, norrowly avoiding the blade of Findon in his escape, \"I will find the both of you, and in your sleep I will cut open your necks and let your blood spill upon my hands yet!\"
Turning as he hears a thud on the dock behind him, Gabbard see yet again the woman that he has fought with for the majority of the battle. As he turns he runs at her, this time he will finish her...
Daerceleb snatches up the coin with his right hand, not able to understand the gondorion\'s words he takes 3 steps back and runs for the ship.
Rorgan\'s shoulders heave as he holds the point of his sword perfectly steady at the prone Corsair\'s neck. He spits into the man\'s face, growling, \"Then your choice is made.\" He rams his sword down hard, as if intending to stick it all the way through the Corsair\'s neck and into the dock below.
Indilzar spits after the corsair as his Men laugh at him. Then he turns to Ibn and takes a look at the almost inert body.
\"Thou shalt pay!\" Findon says in a formal tone... He points at the first mate with his sword, and looks like he is about to rush after him, but another corshair comes in his way, and by the time he has finished with him, the First Mate Vreal is gone...
Aruna staggers a bit as she lands upon the dock, but she\'s ready when Gabbard turns back towards her. \"I may die, but I will not kneel!\"
You attack Gabbard with your Scimitar...
Your attack against Gabbard badly wounds him!
Ibn_Rajzi lays where he fell, moving a dark hand covered in faded tatoos and blood, to try to raise himself. He seems unaware of the man standing before him while Daerceleb is forced to flee and leave him behind. The Narakshi coughs again, not making much progress. He appears to be sorely wounded and unarmed.
Indilzar looks at then mutters in recognition, \"A corsair...\" He then pulls up the head of Ibn and looks into his eyes growling, \"What is your name evil one?\"
A single gasp is heard as the air escapes Iorwerth\'s lungs not through his mouth, but through the hole through his throat as the blade shears through muscle into the docks below. His body shudders for several moments, shaking on its own before slowing and stopping. His eyes grow cold as the warmth of his body is gone and death succumbs him.
As the blade of the woman strokes across his stomach, he says,\"Aye, but die you shall!!\" then brings the hammer high and comes down at the head of the woman.
Gabbard attacks you with his Maul Hammer!...
...and you parry his attack with your Scimitar!
Rorgan returns his longsword to its sheath, and bends down to take the dead Corsair\'s weapon.
Rorgan returns his sword to its scabbard.
Laughing, madness glinting in her eye, Aruna catches the hammerstrike and safely diverts its force. While Gabbard is still overextended, the corsair thrusts her blade foward.
You attack Gabbard with your Scimitar...
Your attack against Gabbard badly wounds him!
As Ibn Rajzi\'s head is jerked back from the salty dock\'s old wood, he tries to blink and focus on the face of the man who looms over him and utters strange words, \"[Haradaic] Ship... Torath.\" he gasps for a breath, wincing with his pain and weakness. After a moment the tribesman mutters something in his own tribal tongue, barely consciencous. He offers the man no resistance, too addled to tell friend from foe.
Azragath says, \"To the deep,\" rasps Azgarath as Rorgan\'s blade finishes off Iorwerth. He nods in approval, \"Well done, Tailor.\" His eyes flicker over the mayhem around him, lighting upon Indilzar\'s form as the lord leans over a fallen Southron. But close at hand, he looks down at the man at his feet. To Rorgan he comments as the other man picks up the scimitar, \"Mind you treat my blood on that blade kindly, Tailor.\"\"
As the scimitar somes towards him it simply just scratches his arm. He thought he felt an itch there at first....but none the less he returns the attack again towards the chest of the female.
Gabbard attacks you with his Maul Hammer!...
...and he hits! Ouch!
Defeated, you drop Valain Blade to the ground...
Indilzar winces hearing that tongue but he replies coldly in the same tongue, \"[Haradaic] Foul mouthed Southron, do you think you can deceive the Bragollach.\" He then lifts up his sword and swings it down at Ibn it flashes bright with blood.
Rorgan nods to the commander of his now-decimated bodyguard, \"Aye, friend. I will.\" His eyes, too, scan the mayhem on the docks.
But then Indilzar stops his blow and cries, \"Alas! Curse you! Curse you!\" He swivels on his heels and then motions to his Men, \"I cannot kill one unarmed. Take him away!\"
Herself overextended, Aruna is too unbalanced to bring her own weapon in for a block. She takes the blow fully in the chest, the force knocking her right over onto her back. As she lays gasping, blood bubbles from her mouth and she rolls her head towards Gabbard, \"Never... kneel...\"
Looking down to the defeated woman, Gabbard kneels and takes her sword. Then moves slowly over to her, and says,\"You have been beaten. But you will more then likely not have the chance to kneel.\" he then lays the sword about her body.
Gabbard hefts the huge curved blade into his hands.
Gabbard gave you Valain Blade.
Heeding Indilzar\'s orders, two men grab Ibn\'s bloodied body with none-too-gentle hands, dragging the prisoner toward Isuldur\'s Gate and into bondage beyond.
Indilzar\'s men grab ahold of Ibn Rajzi and even as they drag her off of the docks Indilzar mutters, \"You will hang yet, foul one.\" He then heads towards the midst the docks and then cries to Rorgan and Azragath, \"It is secured but we now must drive those who remain from the gates! Follow fast!\" He then holds up his sword and leads his men toward the gates.
Gabbard glances at you.
Ibn_Rajzi\'s faces drops back to the dock\'s old wood as he is released. He doesn\'t see the blade that rises to claim his life. The tribesman just groans, still bleeding and likely enough to die soon enough from his wounds. Rough hands pick him up and begin to drag him back to his weak legs, turning him about without care for his comfort, moving towards the gates.
Ibn_Rajzi heads towards the mighty Isildur\'s Gate.
Ibn_Rajzi has left.
The Klejona holds position just off the docks, having doused the fires started finally, repelling any who dare come near with spears and arrows. Cries of general retreat going out towards any still living.
The fighting has grown more sparse as isolated groups of men still wrangle with each other on the blood-soaked docks. As wounded Haradrim make their way back to their ships, the too-few Gondorians can do little to stop them. Azragath looks about for his decimated troops, and calls out in his gravelly voice, \"Silver Guard! Regroup at the Gate!\" Looking toward Rorgan, he nods with approval. \"Well fought, Tailor.\" Pointing his fouled blade toward Isildur\'s Gate, he adds, \"Shall we?\"
As he lays the sword upon the the ground next to her, Gabbard says,\"No you shall not at this time. Yet you seem to be of little harm now. Do you wish to live!\" he says. Looking over her mangled body. \"I have it in my heart to save you. But I must say that any attempt to escape or of violence will result in a rude awakening.
\"Will you surrender!\" says Gabbard.
Rorgan smiles to his friend, the commander of his bodyguard, nodding as the last few men regroup around them, \"Aye, Commander. To the gate! There may yet be Corsair blood to spill.\"
As the blood bubbles from her mouth, Aruna croaks out a few words. Though hard to discern, it was probably a curse. At the same time, the hand that once held her scimitar curls into a familiar gesture, the meaning of which is perfectly clear.
Findon look at Gabbard and the wounded woman, and he walks thither, his now crimson blade still in his hand...
Azragath looks to Rorgan, then over his shoulder at the Haradrim ships. \"In that case, Tailor...\" He leans over and picks up a burning piece of timber, alight by the burning pitch from a Southron\'s missle.
As her hand reaches out, Gabbard takes the sword he laided on the ground and puts it between his belt and armor. As he puts his hammer upon his back and straps it, then slowly picks up the woman. As he does he carries her in his arms. Making his way towards the gates now.
The Klejona, having recently put fires out, etc sits a few yards off the dock, bows and spears repelling any attempt to board it, the confusion of the felled captain having mostly cleared. The gangplank being lowered as friendlies begin retreating from the gate, lowered just long enough for it\'s wayward crew to board.
Too weak to fight if she wanted to, Aruna goes limp in Gabbard\'s arms, her eyes rolling back into her head.
Rorgan takes a look up and down Azragath\'s frame, \"Commander, looks like you should be reporting to the healers.\"
Once the last of the Corsairs of Seaward are onboard, the mighty Raider Torath is pushed away from the dock and the long oars are stuck out from their holes again. The Raider turns swiftly to leave, and finds the stream. Soon it is on its way back home.
The Torath pulls away from the military docks and makes for the river channel.
The Torath has left.
Keeping back from the Haradrim archers, Azragath mutters an oath and turns to Rorgan as the tailor addresses him. Looking down at his bloodied leg and side, he nods wearily. \"Even so, Tailor. We\'ve all got needs for the leeches this eve.\" Once more the remaining Silver Guard circles around Rorgan, Azragath at his side. \"To the Gate, then?\"
Rorgan nods, \"To the gate.\"
Galdorim has arrived.
As Gabbard moves towards the gate he sees the young healer Aearwen. He hastily makes his way towards the healer with the woman in his arms. When he approaches her, he says,\"Aearwen! I have a deprate woman here in my arms. Can you help her?\"
As the last of the Corsairs board their respective ships, a small group of Umbarites seemingly emerge from out of the smoke, with Halanshil at their head. The man is running slow, so that his command can keep pace. The man himself runs with his shield cupped in his arms while his scimitar swings out at any who step in his way. He finally reaches the dock and turns then to lead a counter attack at those gondorians who are chasing his command, and three others join him, while the rest of his force start to board the ship. Once the last man passes, Halanshil grabs a rope and starts to climb up to the deck above.
As the last of the Harad corsairs have been cut down, Findon looks out over the bay after The Torath... and he sees it disappear.... Then he just stands there, his head bent down, as if in prairs...
