[Bugdobuuk(#29647)] The early afternoon sun hides in an odd haze. An ominous mist hangs over the city, turning the sun brown and the sky the color of dust. Through the fog, though, three dark figures move like spectors. The largest and most prominent of the trio stands at the front of the pack, his armor clinking as he walks. His mouth is curled in a sneer as he stops to sniff the air. \"This city is rank with cowardice and weakness,\" his hisses in a voice as cold and lifeless as metal.

[Bor(#30834)]

\"They come too close.\"

Bor shakes his head, his hand dropping naturally to his waist where a longsword lies sheathed. He watches after the small group of orcs with narrowed eyes.

\"They will discover the camp soon enough.\"

[Arashen(#24692)]

\"Then we will stop them,\" Arashen replies, standing next to the Knight. This statement is offered simply - with neither bravado nor trepidation. \"What are your orders, sir?\"

Skittering behind the three dark figures is another, smaller figure. Metal helm askew on its head, ragged brown cloth that might have once been a cloak dragging behind it, the figure flits from one pile of rubble to another, staying out of any sun that it can, yet doing its best to keep up with the mighty three it trails. This is Blorc, and he drags a club in his right hand, the thing thudding against the ground every time he moves.

[Bugdobuuk(#29647)] The three orcs suddenly stop altogether. Their leader sniffs the air, and his eyes narrow. \"What is it?\" one of the uruks behind him whispers. All three of them wear black robes the one who speaks resembles a phantom. Their leader turns and shakes his head. \"We have awoken them,\" he replies in a guttural whisper, \"Their voices are borne upon the wind like the stench of death and decay. Ready yourselves. See to it that your weapons are easily accessible.\" As he says this, the mighty uruk places a silver war helm upon his head.

[Bor(#30834)]

Bor does not answer the Squire. His eyes remain upon the black company. As he sees the group stop and smell the air, he launches himself from amdist the rubble. His longsword sings in the wind. \"Now,\" he says to the few aside him.

And the Knight lunges first for the leader, coming in from the side in an attempt to slice at the arm nearest to his weapon. He grunts as he strikes.

Bor attacks Bugdobuuk with his Longsword, but Bugdobuuk parries the attack with his Battle Axe!

[Arashen(#24692)]

Drawing his sword as he advances, Arashen picks up speed and slashes at one of the black robed figures --- the little scampering one. Using the momentum of his rush, he swings his blade in a wide arc, and brings down on the orc\'s left shoulder, seeking to slice through entirely.

[Bugdobuuk(#29647)] With amazing reflexes the uruk raises his axe, which vibrates in his hands as the sword scrapes against the blade. \"Now! Now!\" He shouts to his companions, and noticing the third ragged figure he motions for him to come forward. \"You, small gangly orc! Help us bring the tark bleeding and shaking to the ground!\" As he says this, the orc turns and brings his Battle Axe down towards Bor\'s arm above the elbow.

Bugdobuuk attacks Bor with his Battle Axe, but Bor parries the attack with his Longsword!

[Bor(#30834)]

Bor\'s hands shake at the swiftness of the defense, and of its strength too. But he cannot hesitate in this position for long, for the Uruk-Hai\'s swing, heavy and deliberate, threatens to end his day short. At the very moment where this strike would buy his blood, the Knight\'s sword catches the axe\'s descent and twists it aside. He then stabs at the beast\'s shoulder.

Wordlessly, as is his demeanor.

Bor attacks Bugdobuuk with his Longsword and moderately wounds him!

Chunk. Arashen\'s sword thumps against ring mail armor under Blorc\'s dark cloak, brusing the orc\'s shoulder, surely, but not drawing much blood at all. A high-pitched cackling laugh comes from the orc, who circles right, trying to nimbly fly around the Squire, the orc\'s thick club now flying toward the Squire\'s back. A shot to his kidney.

[Bugdobuuk(#29647)] The orc growls as the sword finds its mark. A sharp pain takes hold of his shoulder. Gritting his teeth, the orc grips his blade all the tighter, ignoring the red stain that spreads underneath his robes. \"Don\'t have much to say, do you tark? Considering what your final words will be?\" With a loud grunt, the Uruk-hai sends his blade in an orc towards the man\'s chest.

Bugdobuuk attacks Bor with his Battle Axe, but he misses by a long shot.

[Arashen(#24692)]

The impact is jarring and the Squire is obviously surprised. He draws his sword back with a sound of metal against metal. The little orc manages to get behind him but Arashen twists with equal nimbleness catches the club with his shield. Even as he does so, he stoops slightly and brings his sword in low, slashing at the creature\'s legs.

The small orc jumps and howls in pain as the sword slices open a bright red cut along its legs. In its pain it blindly swings the club so that it flies upwards toward the underside of the Squire\'s chin, the swing wild but with much force behind it.

\"Tarks!!! Tarks!!! Die today!!

[Bor(#30834)]

Bor crouches low, laughing as he does, and the axe sails over the top of his head with a sharp burst of wind. One leg snakes out, and so too his blade.

Bor stabs again, this time at the creature\'s knee.

Bor attacks Bugdobuuk with his Longsword and moderately wounds him!

[Arashen(#24692)]

Stooped low and too close to the small orc, there is nothing the Squire can do but try and dodge - and act which only manages to shift the target, not remove it entirely. The club glances off Arashen\'s jaw. He grunts in pain and backs up, straightening as he does so and thrusting his shield and sword before him defensively as he regroups.

[Bugdobuuk(#29647)] The sword sticks again, right below the knee, sending blood oozing down his leg. As the warm fluid tickles his skin, the uruk glares. \"I will not be humiliated by a TARK!\" he screeches, sending his axe barreling with almost unprecedented strength, hoping beyond hope to slice through the man\'s skull.

Bugdobuuk attacks Bor with his Battle Axe, but Bor parries the attack with his Longsword!

Blorc now howls again, but this time it is with the twisted glee of an orc, not with pain. Emboldened by Arashen\'s retreat, the orc presses forward, swinging his club in an arc and then with a sudden change of direction, trying to bring it down hard on break Arashen\'s sword arm if he can.

[Arashen(#24692)]

Distance and balance regained, Arashen parries the club with his sword and lunges forward, putting his weight behind his shield and shoulder in an attempt to knock the orc to the ground his bearded face is twisted in rage and anger

[Bor(#30834)]

The axe barrels upon the Knight\'s head, indeed and thus does the laughter stop. Devoted solely to motion now, Bor steps aside and uses his own blade to redirect the blow away from him. And then he presses his own attack.

It is a sweeping strike for the opposite shoulder, brought down with more force than any of his previous attack. His caution has melted to confidence.

Bor attacks Bugdobuuk with his Longsword and moderately wounds him!

Overconfident in his attack, Blorc isn\'t prepared for the Squire\'s attack. Backwards he goes, feet stumbling ineffectively to try to gain purchase. The club flies wildly, and the orc tries to smash at his opponent with it before he lands with a thud on his back.

[Bugdobuuk(#29647)] Bugdobuuk moves and lets the blade hit his already wounded shoulder, breaking the bone and causing a great spurt of blood to rush forth. The uruk growls, a sound like nails upon a chalkboard, then brings his blade over his shoulder and aims low for the tark\'s groin.

Bugdobuuk attacks Bor with his Battle Axe and moderately wounds him!

[Arashen(#24692)]

The flailing club strikes the Squire\'s leg - but not with crippling force. Bellowing with rage, Arashen lunges forward despite it and thrusts his sword, point first towards the prone orc\'s throat.

[Bor(#30834)]

Bor pays for his recklesness, dearly too.

The broad path of the axe slices a line down the left side of his groin, drawing with it flesh and blood. The attached leg falters too, and Bor reels from the strike. But not for long, yet not without a limp.

His eyes sparkle maddeningly in the haze-filled city, and Bor comes upon the Uruk like a storm. Relying heavily upon his good leg for balance, he sweeps his sword down at the knee again, the same injured knee.

Bor attacks Bugdobuuk with his Longsword, but Bugdobuuk parries the attack with his Battle Axe!

Squealing with cowardice, Blorc tries to back up and away from Arashen with his feet--the orc still on his back. It\'s less than effective, and Arashen\'s sword sinks deep into the orc\'s shoulder so that it now squeals with pain. It screams some curse in the black filth tongue of Mordor at the Squire, then rolls onto its side and tries to crawl away, hastening under the feet of th efighting men here. If it can.

[Bugdobuuk(#29647)] \"Despite the loss of your manhood, you are still a tark, and that means you MUST DIE!\" The Uruk\'s mouth froths with rage and madness, a triumphant smile on his face as he deflects the blow to his knee. \"Perhaps this is my lucky day!\" With another great swing, the Uruk-hai sends blade, blood, and sweat flying as he sends the axe towards the tark\'s left thigh in an attempt to add insult to injury.

Bugdobuuk attacks Bor with his Battle Axe, but he misses by a mile.

[Bor(#30834)]

Bor dances aside the blow, just not without discomfort: heavy, heavy discomfort. His leg seeps blood openly upon the ground and there is a paleness to his face. Yet he continues forth still, his breathing pacing his retaliation.

He curls around the Uruk\'s side and snakes his sword toward the beast\'s side. Still, the Knight does not speak.

Bor attacks Bugdobuuk with his Longsword and moderately wounds him!

[Arashen(#24692)]

But the Squire is relentless. Twirling his blade in his hand, Arashen grips the haft with the point downwards and plunges it towards the scuttling orc\'s back, seeking to skewer it where it lays.\"Die you filthy beast!\"

[Bugdobuuk(#29647)] Blood now seeps from multiple wounds his side, his knee, his shoulder. The dust around him is mixed with black and red. Panting heavily but with strenght left the orc grits his teeth and again swings his axe in a wide semicircle, letting out a great scream as he aims for the man\'s stomach.

Bugdobuuk attacks Bor with his Battle Axe, but Bor parries the attack with his Longsword!

There is a high-pitched screech that comes from the orc, blood-curdling and ear-splitting. And then Blorc slumps to the ground, black blood soaking the earth beneath it, the foul creature drawing breath no more. But orcs are like roaches: where there is one there are bound to be more, and as the battle progresses, more and more of the orc garrison begins to swarm to the fight.

[Spunk(#15492)]       As the time of twilight descends upon the realm of Middle Earth, the sleeping beauty awakens. With naught but a yawn the Olog of Mordor, Spunk, looks out from the shadows of Osgiliaths ruins. The one-eyed wonder appears almost drowsy as he pokes his head towards the fighting Uruk-hai, Bugdobuuk. \"Where\'s my bunny!\" Spunk roars and reaches out to smack at Bor.

What might be mistaken for Spunk\'s \"bunny\" lies nearby, oozing blood and guts. A small figure of an orc, covered by a cloak and very very dead.

[Arashen(#24692)]

There is little time to savor victory. Arashen ignores the orc\'s death throes and looks up, scanning the situation with narrowed eyes. It doesn\'t take much to assess the current circumstances: Trolls are difficult to miss.

\"Sir!\" Arashen cries. The squire charges towards the commander now beset by behemoth and beast.

[Bor(#30834)]

The strike has strength remaining in it, but not as before. Bor meets the Uruk\'s blow mid-strike and deflects it aside. Again, he presses his advantage.

But the rumbling from the East draws his attention away and the speed and deftness of the troll\'s massive fists force the Knight to dodge rather than attack. And dodge he does, ducking the attack and slicing for the knees.

Bor attacks Spunk with his Longsword and mildly wounds him!

[Bugdobuuk(#29647)] \"DIE! DIE! DIE!\" Bugdobuuk roars, letting all his strength pass into the swipe he sends towards Bor\'s neck.

Bugdobuuk attacks Bor with his Battle Axe, but he misses by a mile.

[Spunk(#15492)]       The troll falls towards Bor, Bugdobuuk, and Arashen. Growling, the great beast is slashed across his outstreatched arm, but not his knee. Letting loose a roar, or perhaps a morning(evening) yawn, Spunk gropes around for his weapon leaving his face exposed to Humans, and the Orcs.

[Arashen(#24692)]

Bellowing, Arashen arrives at Bor\'s side and tries to draw off one of his foes by aiming a hard swing at the orc - his target evidently the beast\'s sword arm.

Arashen attacks Bugdobuuk with his Longsword and mildly wounds him!

[Bor(#30834)]

Bor strays a pale glance aside to Arashen as he lashes out on the Uruk. What can be read in his eyes is little, for the heat of battle is upon him.

And as the troll reaches for his weapon, Bor\'s blade reaches for his face.

Bor attacks Spunk with his Longsword and mildly wounds him!

[Spunk(#15492)]       As the blade of Bor falls upon his face, the troll howls, not from pain but from the growing rage. Reaching up with his bare hand to smach as bor, as the troll\'s free hand grasps the shaft of his axe.

Spunk attacks Bor with his Bare Hands, but he misses by a handspan.

[Arashen(#24692)]

With a larger threat at hand, Arashen does not pursue the fleeing orc. He turns back to the commander and his battle with the troll. Noting the immense weapon now in his hand, the squire exhales heavily and gamely runs toward the beast, holding his shield at guard. Thrusting forward, Arashen tries to stab the hand closing around the haft of the axe.

Arashen attacks Spunk with his Longsword and mildly wounds him!

[Bor(#30834)]

And Bor strikes down upon the troll as well!

His mark, rather than an upper appendage, is something lower: a low strike to the beast\'s groin. An eye for an eye, perhaps.

Bor attacks Spunk with his Longsword and mildly wounds him!

[Spunk(#15492)]       Spunk growls as his knuckles are slashed at and small droplets of blood end up falling to the ground. Using his free hand, the one that missed Bor, the beast smacks at the man again after the shot grazes his inner thigh forcing a slightly deeper wound to appear. Instead of his intended target, Arashen, the great beast chops at Bor before trying to stand to his full height.

Spunk attacks Bor with his Axe and badly wounds him!

[Arashen(#24692)]

With a loud grunt, Arashen drives his sword towards any available point on the rising troll before sparing a glance to see how the knight has fared this last attack, crying out as he does so, \"Bor!\"

Arashen attacks Spunk with his Longsword, but Spunk parries the attack with his Axe!

[Bor(#30834)]

Bor, positioned as he is, lost beneath the nether reaches of the troll, has little choice but to run and as he does, a blow lands squarely upon his shoulder and cuts deeply through his flesh. He grunts as the blood rushes.

But his attack is not lost, not yet, and the storm-ridden fire of the Bragollach still fuels him forth to a lunge at the troll\'s knees.

Bor attacks Spunk with his Longsword and mildly wounds him!

[Spunk(#15492)]       The troll\'s attack leaves his bare at the knees, and a thin line of blood appears upon the calf of Spunk. Another attack to the beast, is parried at the last moment as he lifts his axe up to strike again. This time, the great beast smacks down at Arashen.

Spunk attacks Arashen with his Axe and badly wounds him!

[Arashen(#24692)]

Arashen raises his shield and strains to deflect the blow away from his head and upper body. The vein in his forehead is cast in sharp relief with the effort and his reddened face writhes in agony as sinews and muscles tear and strain all along his left arm and shoulder. The axe bounces away from critical places and cuts deeply into the squire\'s left thigh.

He lets forth a blood-curdling yell - fueled by pain and rage - and strikes out at the troll with a slashing cut.

Arashen attacks Spunk with his Longsword and mildly wounds him!

[Bor(#30834)]

Bor shoots a look to the Squire, his eyes lost to the fierceness of battle for a moment at least. \"Careful, Arashen. His bite matches his bark.\"

Advice given, the Knight rejoins the fray, plunging his sword downwards to Spunk\'s foot. It is not meant as a killing blow, only a painful distraction.

Bor attacks Spunk with his Longsword and mildly wounds him!

[Spunk(#15492)]       Blood sprays from the troll\'s knuckles as Arashen opens up another slice upon the trolls sausage-like fingers. However it is Bor who catches the troll, indeed with a painful distraction. The tip of that wicked longsword spearing the trolls big-toe and pinning it to the ground as blood seeps from the wound into the earth. Letting loose a deep, profound, scream the olog slashes again at Bor hoping to knock him off and pull his sword with him.

Spunk attacks Bor with his Axe, but he misses by a mile.

[Bor(#30834)]

Bor lets loose his sword, lodged in the beast\'s foot, for a moment.

\"Go,\" says the Knight, \"Tell the others that we\'re found.\"

And thus, he comes back to battle, violently ripping up his sword.

Bor attacks Spunk with his Longsword, but he misses by a mile.

[Arashen(#24692)]

Grimacing with pain and breathing heavily, Arashen backs away from the troll - keeping shield and sword up defensively until he is out of the axe\'s range. \"Yes, sir!\" he shouts, letting the knight know his order was heard. Then turning, he limps away as fast as he can, trailing blood behind him.

He glances down, then pauses long enough to put his shield onto his back, rip a length of cloth from his own tunic and tie it tightly above his leg wound - thus halting the tell-tale trail, he hurries along to do as he was commanded.

[Spunk(#15492)]       The troll, unbothered by the running meal, looks down at Bor who struggles before freeing his sword. \"You go too?\" The dull creature says before he steps down with some weight onto his foot and howls in pain. \"Meh big toe!\" The screams of the beast are filled with pain, and rage as a deadly swing from that axe comes, and Spunk attempts to send Bor to join Arashen.

Spunk attacks Bor with his Axe, but Bor parries the attack with his Longsword!

[Bor(#30834)]

Bor stands behind his longsword and having it not within his grasp can only use it as a shield. He ducks behind the blade and troll\'s attack rings harshly out upon the field of battle. And thus, he again tries to wrench it free.

Bor attacks Spunk with his Longsword and mildly wounds him!

[Spunk(#15492)]       The sword connects with the troll\'s wrist and this time the troll shrugs off the blow, beginning to grow within his bloodlust. The fury of the troll is nothing to be trifled with as fury, and rage slam down into Bor with another swipe of that deadly axe.

Spunk attacks Bor with his Axe and moderately wounds him!

[Bor(#30834)]

Having his sword back within his hands does wonders for the Knight\'s confidence, but little to stop the giant axe. The creature\'s blow barrels through Bor\'s parry and drives his own weapon, and the axe, heavily upon his chest. His wind is gone and surely the impact has brought serious damage too.

He is slow now exhausted from continuous battle, sore and bloodied, and he lingers only to buy more time for the retreat. His strike at the troll\'s leg is feebled by these variety of factors and of his reticence to press too hard.

Bor attacks Spunk with his Longsword and mildly wounds him!

[Spunk(#15492)]       As the sword falls to the trolls kneecap, he falls. That knee, that bloody knee, sinks deep into the earth. Using his axe like a spear, the troll tries to stab at Bor, to pierce his armor and kill him with a poke from the deadly blade.

Spunk attacks Bor with his Axe and severely wounds him!

[Bor(#30834)]

Bor is wearied and bloodied, and yet he still stands and the full force of the troll\'s attack crashes into his already bruised stomach. It cuts even through the mail that lies under his clothing, a deep, heavy gash that propels him away from the troll and to the ground. He takes a last look at the troll, a death-ridden glance, before he loses himself amongst the wreckage of the city.

[Spunk(#15492)]       As the human is lost amongst the rubble, Spunks moves to go after him. However the darkness settles better, and the troll notices the corpse of the cloaked orc, the fallen Blorc. Sitting indian-style, the troll slams into the ground and takes the corpse like a ragdoll. One big hand over the orc\'s chest, another over comes down to pet the fallen orc as mournful wails of \"Bunny!\" screech the night.
