Nighttime has fallen upon Redvyrne keep and all is quiet for the moment. The guards on duty begin to make their daily rounds, lighting torches, and keeping watch. A few residents scurry about the keep attending to their needs and filing into the keep itself. Amongst the residents is a rather small woman dressed in elegant attire. Standing next to her are a few guards keeping watch over her as she sits outside the keep sharping a sword. She appears to be quite content with her surroundings and makes a soft humming noise to herself.

[Baodan]

From a distance, traveling by the light of the moon, a small group approaches.  They are not unlike the small trading caravans that sometimes passes through, carrying news and supplies but instead of the lazy sound of lazy wagonwheels rumbling at a slow pace, there is a bit of urgency in the way it approaches.

“Hail! Fian Baodan returns from his post in Kierkgard!”

[Ermuda]

Even the slow pace of the wagonwheels is too fast for Baodan\'s steward Ermuda, who\'s chubby frames shakes as he waddles along in a half jog in the dusty trail of the caravan. He pauses upon reaching the crest of that last hill before the Keep, wipes a hand across his sweat covered jowls and waddles on towards the gates.

[Eliska]

\"My Lady, a wagon approaches?!\", one of the guards exclaims, grabbing a torch to see who is coming to the keep. Eliska narrows her eyes and draws her attention away from the sword and stands up from her sitting position. \"It is Fian Baodan!\", the second guard reveals to Eliska. Eliska snorts a bit and sheaths the sword she was sharping. With haste in her footsteps she makes her way to the approaching wagon.

[Baodan]

A footman helps the finely dressed out of the wagon.  He slaps the footman in the face for being clumsy, before flourishing a bow to Eliska.

“Ah, my Lady Eliska.  As beautiful as she is deadly.  I hope all is well?” He flaps his wrist at Ermuda.  “My smelling salts, Ermuda.”

[Ermuda]

Ermuda is right there at his side in a heart beat, a cloth is produced from the stewards voluminous sleeves and lightly pressed into Baodan\'s hand. He places a hand upon the Fian\'s elbow quickly. \"Watch your step, Fian,\" he says, nodding towards fairly fresh horse dropping.

[Eliska]

The guards follow eagerly behind Eliska as she approaches the wagon. As she stops near the wagon she notices Baodan\'s bow. She smiles briefly before being assaulted by his flattery.

\"I\'d assume you had a safe journey?\", she asks, lifting a bow curiously.

\"Grave news?, i hope there hasn\'t been a massacre...\" she chuckles a bit, nudging a guard.

\"What -Grave news- do you bring to me fellow Fian?\", Eliska says half-heartedly, assuming its nothing serious.

[Baodan]

The cloth is held up immediately to his crinkling nose.  Carefully he steps around the droppings to close his distance between himself and the woman.

“Oh, well, nothing that the great leader of the Wulf militia cannot handle,” he smiles, as sickly sweet as the scent of his smelling salt.  “There has been an uprising in Kierkgard.  You have heard of the outlaw, Tet’Nak?  Well he and the runt offspring of I’racil took it upon themselves to slaughter innocent women and children, then proceeded to set Kierkgard on fire.  They are now claiming themselves to be gods of Dunland.  Madness, I tell you.  I barely escaped.”

[Eliska]

Eliska\'s features turn immediately into a frown upon hearing Baodan\'s words. \"An uprising...i knew something like this would happen...\" she says shaking her head. \"I knew that bastard of I\'racil\'s was a troublemaker...and Tet\'Nak is involved too..\" Eliska states with a heavy sigh. \"They must pay for their crimes before gain the loyalty of all dunland\" Eliska looks over to her guards and touches her sword. \"Killing them won\'t be easy...must they are to be eliminated before this uprising spreads like a disease..\", the guards all nod in agreement.

\"Tet\'Nak...that old dog seize this opportunity for himself...i didn\'t think he would return..\"

[Baodan]

Baodan holds the kerchief close to his nose, concealing the lower half of his face.  “I am so glad that I came to you!  Yes, only you can stop this madness.  The other clans do not see the threat as you do.  They say old dogs never die.. but I know that you can finally rid this land of the curse that is Tet’Nak.”

He wipes his brow with his kerchief.  “I take it you will take the militia at dawn?  The road to Kierkgard is clear.  May you bring peace again to this land.  Blessings upon you, Lady Eliska, our savior.”

[Baodan]

Baodan looks at Ermuda, the pretense of being a fussy noble all but gone. \"That was easier than I thought.\"

[Ermuda]

\"I hate Redvyrne,\" Ermuda says with a sigh. \"The whole place smells like turd.\"

[Baodan]

Baodan inhales deeply, as if enjoying the stench. \"The turd you smell is the smell of wealth, my friend. The land is fertile, ripe for the taking. But we must act quick. As soon as Eliska and the militia are gone, we shall move the Bear clan in.\"
