}}'''Inzilabêth Mormegil Cuthalion''' is the daughter of [[Elsicil Mormegil Cuthalion]] and Austmeril of the Numenath line of [[House Rovacil]]. Her brothers are [[Ranataur Mormegil Cuthalion|Ranataur]] and [[Bregil Mormegil Cuthalion|Bregil]], both former [[House Cuthalion|Lords Cuthalion]]. She was born on Midsummer's Day in 3019. She is a first cousin once removed of the current Marcher Lord, [[Helchir Endaerion Mormegil Cuthalion|Helchir]].

==Ancestry==
Numenath was an ancient Numenorean line with lands near the River Erui. The last remaining heir was a woman named Huanbereth who subsequently married into House Rovacil. But she did give birth to [[Erinhaim Nimothan]] who became [[House Nimothan|Lord Nimothan]] after returning from bondage in [[Harad]], where he was captured during the battle of [[Umbar]] in TA 2996.

==Childhood==
Inzilabeth spent the majority of her childhood in a rich, but landless family. Her father Elsicil had become more of a courtier in Minas Tirith than a ranger by the time she was born and thanks to the dowry of his Rovacil wife, his daughter wanted for nothing. As she grew up though, Inzilabeth became aware of the subtle difference between herself as the daughter of a landless noble and the girls whose fathers had lands of their own.

When the Lord Phallanath married the daughter and heir of House Rhunedlen, one of the Mormegil houses, and through the machinations of the secretive Council of Elders was able to reunite the three Mormegil houses, he bestowed lands to Cuthalion and Carmayar lords from the Rhunedlen lands in Lebennin. Inzilabeth was about eleven at that time and the girl, on the cusp of becoming a woman, noted a change of her circumstances as the teasing of the other girls ceased thanks to the intervention of her proud mother.

After her father gave up his claim to House Cuthalion and retired in 3030, Inzilabeth was raised in the households of her elder brothers where she was brought up as a lady in which Numenorean blood ran mostly true. Inzilabeth was a dutiful girl who embraced her role and place in society. She grew up to be a lady of some beauty.

==Adulthood==
Having spent Yuletide and spring 3051 in Lebennin, Inzilabeth returned to Minas Tirith in April where she became involved in the goings-on surrounding the infiltration of the City by the ideas of the Black Company. While in the City, she with her cousin the Lord Helchir took part in a council that discussed the Swanknights' expedition to Caldur in the south. On July 29, 3051, the Lord Helchir formally appointed her herald of House Cuthalion and afterward she departed as a member of the relief expedition.

==Description==
This woman is small of stature, fair and gentle. She is dressed in a dark violet dress and grey vest; the skirt reaches down to cover her shoes. Dark brown hair is pulled back and mostly covered by a cloth veil that matches her dress. Her nose is curved and her eyes are a soft, light green, almost grey.
