Description:

A most scruffy, dishevelled fellow indeed stands before you; though he seems far from lowly when one cares to observe his manner. Dressed in worn clothing and sporting a crow's nest of dark hair, Scampre looks for all the world to have grown up in the streets of Lake-town, and is proud of it. A mischeivous twinkle lingers in his eyes; sat atop lips that twitch often into a grin.

History:

Everyone knows that Scampre used to be a pickpocket on the streets of Esgaroth. Now he's all grown up, and pushing middle age, it's said he's given up such unsavory ways, and now makes a living hanging around on street corners, peddling gossip and information for a few coins in return.
