Description

A noble son of fire and flame, sired to war and death, he is long of arm and dark of eye, with closely shorn hair and nary a scar to mar his graven face. Mail-clad, a simple sword hangs upon his hip and a crimson cape ripples at his back. A lone gemstone wraps his neck on golden chain, glowing red.

History

Squired at fifteen to Prince Imrahil, Bor was the youngest son of Dauragor, Emeritus Lord of the House Bragollach. He achieved renown by the age of sixteen for slaying Akilah, Captain of the Sea Snake and for his hand in the killing of Tarannar Lord Edainemyndon. At the still-tender age of eighteen, Bor was knighted by Imrahil himself for deeds that were never fully disclosed to any but Imrahil's closest confidantes. He then served four years as the Captain of the Black Swan, stalking the seas in and around the Bay of Umbar. Upon returning to Minas Tirith, he was thrust into a commanding role in the small resistance force that lingered in Osgiliath after the bridge fell to the Mordain. He was promoted to Knight-Captain by Imrahil for his heroism there.

In his first campaign, at the Poros, Bor led the decisive assault to drive the Haradrim back across the river and their leader, the self-styled King of Gondor, back to Umbar. It was there that he met the Lord-in-Exile, Indilzar, who swung his support to Bor as the Lord Bragollach. Bor assumed the title shortly afterwards and took on the Adunaic name Imrakhor in the tradition of the Lords of his House.
