This is the hover text
Usage:
This template is used to create popup messages. It allows for much more text and basic formatting then the Template:Tooltip template. It's purpose was intended for small popup boxes of information where citations weren't practical.
When attempting to format, try to keep everything on one-line and use HTML markup instead of Wiki markup. This will help to give you the output that you intend. In order to support IE, the onmouseover and onmouseout attributes needed to added back in, DO NOT ABUSE THE onmouseover AND onmouseout.
The third parameter is optional and defines the width of your popupbox.
