Scheming and brewing is fun, but delivering the poison on the other hand..

Eastern Edge of Mirkwood -- The East Bight

The great forest narrows greatly in this region into the area known as the East Bight. Two Edges of the forest can be seen stretching out in a long arm south and east as well as north and east causing a harbour type effect here. The line of the trees is the only thing you can make out in the harsh daylight besides the great bulge of the forest to spanning the entire western portion of your line of vision.

Rain falls through the autumn chilly air, wetting the cold and wet plains and forest floor about the trees. The sun is hid behind the grey storm clouds hovering about the forest.

[Grishnákh(#22300)]

The earth trembles slightly and they can be heard from a fair distance away. A battle scarred contingent of the elite black guard comes pounding into the camp. More than a couple are wounded and they are all bathed in sweat and gasping for air. They look like they\'ve run for miles.

In their midst is the vorazg. He leaps forward, collerbone and shoulder, so freshly healed, once again ripped apart. His left leg is coated in dry blood from a tear in the thigh. Looking pissed and in pain the commander roars, \"Shamans! Heal your wounded!\"

Without another look, he stalks immediately to his own tent. The guards part for him and resume watching the entrance.

[Bagaglok(#24847)]

As the new source of commotion adds itself to the current noise and chaos normally accompanied with an encampment of Orcs, many of the creatures turn then to watch the thundering arrivals. Several of the smaller goblins and snaga rush forward as orders are barked throughout the area, and the path is quickly cleared for the wounded and tired members of the Black Guard.

The Vorazg\'s command rings through the air, and the flap of the Shaman tent flutters open as both apprentice and experienced in the way of the Eye rush forth one of these, the red-garbed form of Bagaglok pauses nigh the center of the camp, yellow-eyed gaze peering around. The figure of the commander is spotted, and he steps forward then, to catch the other before he vanishes completely inside the Vorazg\'s tent. \"Commander,\" the Malkog speaks, inclining his head slightly. \"You are wounded as well would you accept my assistance?\"

[Grishnákh(#22300)]

The vorazg turns a ferocious crimson eye on the cloaked shaman, \"Where is the bone reader?\" The eyes roam up and down over the shaman and he nods slightly. He turns and enters, speaking low, \"At least one of you isn\'t braindead.\"

[Bagaglok(#24847)]

A dark brow would seem to quirk a little, likely unnoticed by Grishnakh as he turns. \"I am not as experienced in the art of divination,\" replies Bagaglok, hesitating on the threshold of the tent. \"Though I will toss the bones and see what they reveal, if you so desire it. Healing I will do first.\" Then, despite not receiving a clear answer whether or not his offer is accepted, the Shaman follows the other inside the tent. There, he waits for the commander to sit.

[Grishnákh(#22300)]

The huge orc strips off mutilated ring mail armor the second he steps into the stuffy tent. This is hurled into a corner, swiftly accompanied by a mithril helmet and curses in the black tongue, \"Glob-ug buub shakhob sharkuu!\" He isn\'t facing the shaman, his breath comes in shallow gulps and a feral growl escapes his lips, turning into a tremendous roar!

As the roar bellows forth the huge orc turns on the shaman, coming far too close, his scent overpowering. He yells practically in the orc\'s face, \"That cursed leaf sucking king of albai scum! Always hits me in the same eye forsaken spot!\" The shoulder oozes blood, and Grishnakh turns to sit on some nearby piled furs.

[Bagaglok(#24847)]

There is an almost imperceptible flinch as the Vorazg wheels around, indeed too close for comfort. But then, face screwed firmly into one of attentiveness, the Shaman nods quickly, figuring it is best to listen and not to speak for the moment.

As Grishnakh takes a seat, Bagaglok draws closer, leaning slightly as his eyes inspect the obvious cut on the larger Orc\'s shoulder. A haggard claw disappears within the folds of his cloak, and emerges with a black vial of some foul smelling liquid which he proceeds to rub over the wound. \"Curse the wretched albai to the Halls of Feasting,\" comes the belated response as the Malkog works.

[Grishnákh(#22300)]

The orc commander smirks and winces at the smell of the stuff. His eyes narrow and he speaks slow, almost as if the thoughts are just formulating, \"Poison....shaman.\" His smirk widens, \"What poisons do you have, priest?\"

[Bagaglok(#24847)]

Again the hand lowers, this time withdrawing some ripped up pieces of white cloth the bottle is recapped and stowed away, replaced in the other claw by a different container with a paste-like substance. This is spread over the cloth and the hands move in unison to wrap the shoulder in the prepared bandage. For a moment it appears that Bagaglok has not heard the commander\'s question, for it is a length ere he answers.

\"Plenty and to spare,\" the Shaman\'s gaze flickers upward swiftly as he finishes the tying, and a twisted grin mirrors the other\'s for an instant. \"You need not worry about the ointment if you are concerned about poisons, commander certainly, if one were hoping to poison another, he would not make it so obvious for the smell to give it away.\" He rises then, and takes a pace backward the shoulder is now cleaned and bound.

[Grishnákh(#22300)]

The vorazg snickers and shakes his head, \"I got more antidotes than you got poisons.\" He nods thoughtfully, \"Create a poison. One that will severely hurt the elf lord. You\'ll bring it to me in three days and you will be ready to run for miles. I think you\'ll deliver it yourself.\" The orc snickers softly and waves a hand dismissively.

[Bagaglok(#24847)]

A silence, and the yellow eyes blink. \"As you wish, I shall concoct a poison worthy of his pointy-eared majesty,\" Bagaglok says slowly, and the gaze narrows a little, calculatingly. \"Delivering it personally will be an honor.\" The smaller goblin turns then at the dismissal, though he pauses for a moment in the entrance of the tent. \"I take it you no longer need my services, Vorazg? You would cut off the healing aid I can give? What if I do not return?\"

The odd look remains, as the Shaman dithers in the way of the flap, hand raised to hold it aloft.

[Grishnákh(#22300)]

Grishnakh smirks, \"You will return. Freely or in shackles. I have some herbs that may interest you.\" The gaze lowers and settles on the shaman, burning.

[Bagaglok(#24847)]

A single nod is yielded. \"Very well, commander I shall look forward to seeing the plants of which you speak.\" But subjected to that piercing regard, Bagaglok utters naught else, and there is a whirl of scarlet as he goes to depart.
