Sasto's Description:
Round spectacles are set upon this hobbit's rosy cheeked face. The glasses are fixed to the end of his small nose, even though he pushes them back up constantly. His chocolate brown hair is neatly cut short and trimmed. He appears to be just into his tween years. He has a taller and sturdier physique than most of bree's little folk. His entire garb protrays wealth and privilege. Today, he is dressed casually in a crisp blue shirt with ruffle cuffs and ruby cuff-links. Around his waist is a leather belt with a silver buckle. His brown linen trousers are inlaid with the design of the prancing pony. The mahogany waistcoat is embossed with design of the Shire's green dragon.
The design of the dragon is tailored perfectly by a master seamstress. The waistcoat is very ornate with lavish embroidery and flourishes of expensive golden thread. The pockets are large with an overlapping flap. Golden buttons line the front of the waistcoat. Around his neck is a new golden pocket watch, carried upon interlocking chain-links. His well-groomed feet are held up by a white leather belt with a silver buckle. The cane he carries is a centerfold all its own. It is crafted from chetwood and polished to a shine. There are various engravings on it depicting pipeweed. A briarwood pipe hangs from the corner of his mouth with the essence of longbottom leaf rising from within.
Sasto's History:
Sasto is the first of two children born to Brambo and Goldie Tunnelly inside their Smial home in Bree. Sasto's grandfather, Frosco Tunnelly , travelled from the town of Longbottom in the Shire to Bree about 40 years ago to perfect his technique of growing new pipeweed. Thus, became the tradition of the Tunnelly Pipeweed Farmers in Bree. Brambo soon earned a small fortune from his father's unique creative flavor of Blue Ambrosial, a mix of Longbottom Leaf and a experimental Weed with blue leaves.
Growing up as the oldest, Sasto had to work hard long hours planting Pipeweed and keeping the fields clear of pest. During harvest time, his younger brother Malvo, was exempt from the fields because he was lame in one leg. Sasto was always jealous of his younger brother because his father favored him more and treated him kindly. When Sasto turned 25, he was hit by a wagon driven by Big Folk near the Prancing Pony, he survived but without the use of a leg, the same as his younger brother. When things didn't change as he thought they would, Sasto moved away from his family to travel around Bree in his newly aquired wagon to sell pipeweed until he earned enough money to open his own shop in the Bree Market.
