Anyone can have a house @dug for them; they will be able to desc it as they wish. In order to get one, you need to 'buy' five of the following components. Each one costs 3 logged RP scenes. Post the scenes to the Elendor Log Page maintained by Keldean (....).

1. Walls. 2. Door. 3. Windows. 4. Pantry. 5. Panelling. 6. Fireplace or stove. 7. Furniture.

If you are ICly digging a new hobbit hole, it will be @dug when 6 scenes have been logged and posted, and given a temporary 'being built' description. When all 15 scenes are completed, you will be given control of the room and can describe it to your heart's content.

If you prefer to move into an already ICly built hole, or room in one of the great Family Smials; after 6 scenes have been logged and posted, an IC sign will be placed in the room saying that you are in the process of moving in. Again, you will be given control of the room after all 15 scenes are completed.

The required RP scenes do not have to be only about building or moving; they can include any RP that you do. However, it would be good if you did some RP regarding your new house - options abound! RP with a carpenter or an interior decorator; RP buying new furniture or borrowing old things from family and friends; RP a roof-raising - the limit is your imagination.
